For my costume design and construction course in my first year at university, I was asked to make a set of women's undergarments and a men's suit with inspiration given from the film 'Dangerous Liaisons'. The undergarments consisted of a chemise, hoop skirt, petticoat, bum roll and corset, and the suit of a waistcoat and coat in blue shot silk with silver trimmings and buttons.
