As office manager at Matthew Calvin I have to ensure that the work space is well organised and tidy, perform various administration roles such as the preparation of both wholesale and retail orders from the initial order to delivery, in house product photography and presenting the brand at various national and international trade shows.

• Liaising with both potential and current clients

• Planning and supervision of lifestyle photoshoots

• Contributing to the design and manufacturing of show displays

• Transporting display equipment to and from exhibition centres
